Role & responsibilities

7-12 years
of experience in software development, with at least
23 years
in a lead or senior developer role.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Core Java
(Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, OOPs, Design Patterns).
Proficiency in
MS SQL Server
, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in developing and managing
enterprise-grade applications
.
Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Should have team managmenet experience worked with good organization
