Exp - 10+ years of experience in Java , Microservices.
Must Lead a team of more than 10 Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's technical standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Java development and share knowledge with the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, code quality, and development processes
