We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS. The ideal candidate should possess proven team leadership experience and the ability to deliver scalable and reliable backend solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers across multiple projects.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performing Java-based microservices.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka for data streaming and messaging.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
• Review code for best practices, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.
