Lead - IT Security GRC

You will be responsible for managing all audits related to Information & CyberSecurity, Technology & IT Risk Management program, Data Privacy program from an Infosec perspective, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and statutory requirements. You will also be in charge of implementing and managing industry-recognized security certifications such as ISO, SOC2, etc, overseeing Third-Party Risk Management program, and governing IS policies. Your key result areas will include effectively managing audits with no major risk observations, planning and executing GRC programs within set timelines, maintaining organizational security certifications yearly with no major non-conformities, and providing support to Business and other functions in audits, assessments, or advisories when needed. You should have experience in managing internal and external IT/IS audits, implementing GRC projects and activities, and possess technical knowledge on security fundamentals and emerging cyber threats. A Graduate or Post Graduate qualification with over 10 years of overall work experience is required. You must have technical and Cyber Security domain knowledge along with hands-on experience. Your willingness to learn and tackle new challenges in a dynamic environment will be crucial. The preferred industry background includes Consulting services, Telecom, or IT.
