As a Product Head-Digital SME in the Retail Liabilities department of a leading bank based in Mumbai, your role involves prioritizing backlog and planning sprints to ensure efficient development processes. You will be responsible for ensuring readiness for developers to start development, maintaining high-quality output at each stage like QA/SIT/UAT, and resolving or escalating obstacles faced by the squad. Your secondary responsibilities will include consistently benchmarking the product against competition, keeping the MSME digital platform up to date with market developments, and collaborating closely with the development team and IT for smooth functioning and deployment of developed features. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize backlog and plan sprints - Ensure sufficient readiness for developers to start development - Ensure high-quality output before sign-off at each stage i.e. QA/SIT/UAT - Resolve/escalate obstacles faced by the squad - Maintain product benchmarking against competition - Keep MSME digital platform up to date with market developments - Work closely with development team and IT for smooth functioning and deployment of developed features Key Qualifications: - Proven experience in product management, particularly in the digital SME space - Strong understanding of agile development methodologies - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector would be advantageous Additional Company Details: The company is a prominent player in the retail banking sector, known for its innovative digital solutions and customer-centric approach.
