Lead - Intracity Deployment

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the rollout of OSP infrastructure for Points of Presence (POP) and transport routes.
• Manage and coordinate teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Possess strong knowledge of Transport networks and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) technology.
• Ensure adherence to processes related to execution and audits for POP and transport routes.
• Monitor and control Capital Work in Progress (CWIP), contractor activities, and store inventory to achieve reduction targets.
• Ensure timely closure of Acceptance Tests (AT) and Non-Conformance (NC) reports.
• Lead implementation projects for new network builds and upgrades, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.
