Lead - Intracity DeploymentKey Responsibilities

• Deployment of FTTH ODN (Optical Distribution Network) for towns and surrounding areas.
• Develop fiber optic network drawings based on cable type, allocation, capacity, and jointing schematics.
• Prepare FTTH Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Validate FTTH network designs and execution plans.
• Conduct and supervise site surveys; attend meetings with Local Cable Operators (LCOs).
• Guide and direct survey teams for accurate field data collection.
• Calculate OSP (Outside Plant) and ODN link budgets.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for FTTH projects.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of network surveys and design activities by internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Track network rollout activities executed by franchise partners in the city.
• Manage extensive travel to towns and cities scheduled for network launch.
• Update network inventory in GIS systems.
• Finalize OLT (Optical Line Terminal) site locations and oversee implementation.
• Coordinate and collect RFAI (Ready for Active Installation) from infrastructure providers.
