Job Description

Manage and automate MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform configurations, including API management, security, deployments, monitoring and governance etc.
Troubleshoot the production issues and provide root cause.

Setup and support highly available Integration Platform Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).

Automate LastMile Security Certificate Management and renewal processes.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline MuleSoft application deployments.
Develop self-healing and proactive monitoring solutions for MuleSoft applications and APIs.

Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage a queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
Provide 24*7 on-call production support once every month on rotational basis.

Integrate GitHub with MuleSoft Design Centre and automate code deployment & rollback mechanisms.

Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform for MuleSoft environments.
Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of MuleSoft applications through proper configurations and failover strategies.
Would need to support Enterprise platform with rotational on-call support.
