Job Description

As a Lead Technology Specialist Network, your role involves overseeing the IT service delivery and operations with a focus on maintaining optimal performance, security, and reliability of the IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for new infra development in the region and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams in the US, Europe, and India. Additionally, you will guide the team technically to provide complex IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT infrastructure teams by overseeing support and working closely with the team to provide solutions. Connect with business leadership, understand business requirements, and ensure that the IT infrastructure meets their needs. - Develop, implement, and support network infrastructure to align with Infosys" business goals and objectives. - Demonstrate proficiency in managing Zscaler's cloud-based security solutions, including secure web gateways, zero-trust network access, and data loss prevention. - Implement various network connectivity models such as VPNs, direct connect, and cloud-based connectivity. Manage firewalls to protect the network from unauthorized access and malicious attacks. - Implement and manage software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) solutions to optimize network performance and connectivity. - Oversee network operations centers (NOCs) by monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating incident response. - Manage collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace, ensuring integration with the network infrastructure and video conferencing devices. - Stay updated on emerging technologies in IT infrastructure and ensure alignment with Infosys" business goals. - Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy in line with business objectives and ensure compliance with security standards. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA. Develop disaster recovery plans and manage IT budgets for the region. - Ensure optimal asset management and compliance, conduct team meetings, manage work assignments, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
