Lead - Information Security

Experience - 5 to 10 years

Location - Pune

Responsibilities-

• Manage the security operations, including monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents across the organization.
• Optimize SIEM platforms (including Wazuh) to ensure maximum effectiveness in threat detection and incident management. Overseeing & reviewing the alerts from security solutions like CSPM and XDR and maintaining Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools to ensure continuous cloud compliance and threat detection.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to design and implement security controls on AWS and other cloud platforms. Monitor and analyze AWS native security services such as CloudTrail, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, and Security Hub. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation related to SOC and cloud security operations.
• Conduct regular threat hunting and incident simulations to identify gaps and improve response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, RBI guidelines) and showcase evidences during client and regulatory audits
• Act as a key point of contact for security incidents, managing escalations and communication with stakeholders.

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelors

  in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field and In-Depth knowledge of Linux based systems.
• Strong experience in managing

  SIEM/Monitoring

  platforms and implementing effective security monitoring and alerting systems. Knowledge of

  NGFW/Firewall

  and

  WAF

  technologies from a

  monitoring, alerting, and investigation

  perspective.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal stakeholders and

  external customers
