As a technical manager at Lentra, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects and ensuring the seamless and on-time delivery of applications. Your primary responsibilities will include having a detailed understanding of project scope, collaborating with various teams, leading the post-implementation support team, and providing technical support for smooth operations and user adoption. You will be responsible for release management, planning and executing product release upgrades, developing detailed implementation plans, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring project progress, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, conducting post-implementation reviews, mentoring the implementation team, and ensuring engineering best practices are followed. Key requirements for this role include having 8-12 years of experience in Java and related technologies, prior experience in product implementation in BFSI or lending domain, hands-on experience in Java development, ability to code and review team members" work, experience in handling projects in cloud platforms, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication and collaboration skills, expertise in client/stakeholder management, and basic DevOps knowledge.
