Lead-Implementation Analyst

Role Overview: As a Lead Software Implementation Analyst at our company, your primary responsibility will be to anchor the implementation of Capillary's healthcare loyalty platform. You will lead a team of analysts, drive structured execution, and ensure high-quality delivery at scale. Your role will involve setting up implementation plans, defining roles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small team of analysts to efficiently and accountably execute multiple client implementations concurrently - Define structured implementation plans, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure adherence to delivery milestones - Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and knowledge sharing within the team - Act as the primary implementation lead for high-value or complex clients, collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and drive successful adoption - Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, oversee data integration, and ensure data quality management Qualification Required: Your qualifications should include: Technical Skills: - Strong foundation in system configuration, data handling, and software integration - Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or BI tools - Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architecture Leadership & Professional Skills: - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams while maintaining high delivery standards - Experience in managing large or complex client implementations in a SaaS/product environment - Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and communication skills Experience & Education: - 5-8 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or solution delivery roles - Minimum of 2 years in a lead role, managing teams or leading enterprise-scale implementation efforts - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, ensure delivery quality, and influence improvements to tooling and processes based on learnings from delivery cycles.,
