The Team: We are building an end-to-end client lifecycle management solution with technology being the driving factor for procedural automation and standardization with industry-leading modules and tools widely adopted by financial institutions. This strategic solution spans across the entire client lifecycle starting from onboarding to maintenance till offboarding along with providing integration with various inhouse products viz. Regulatory, KYC and Tax. We are leveraging a combination of our mature Java/ SpringBoot based tech stack, underlying AWS Infra along with the latest and greatest the industry has to offer to build and deliver this solution over a multi-year span.

Duties & accountabilities: -

• Design & architect solutions for business problems catering to client lifecycle management domain using Java/ SpringBoot/ Angular/ PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS based infra.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and software design principles for Java/ SpringBoot/ Angular/ PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS based infra.
• Develop high-level architectural diagrams, system models, and documentation to communicate software architecture design.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies along with assisting in adoption by development teams to increase productivity and scalability.
• Ability to work with remote team in a geographically distributed development model.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with business stakeholders with an ability to build consensus and resolve queries regarding architecture & design.
• Ability to understand the existing system architecture (spanning across multiple systems) end-to-end and envision the best possible way to implement overall client requirements at hand.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and defects for Java/ Angular/ PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS based infra.
• Designing scalable, maintainable, performant and secure software architecture.
• Resolve conflict and figure out a progressive way forward for the business.

Education and Experience: -

• B Tech./ M Tech MCA degree in an IT/ Computer Science or related course is a prerequisite.
• Around 15+ years of experience with 10+ years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation using Java/ Angular/ PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS based infra.

Technical Skills: -

• Strong Core Java 8+/ Java EE design skills including design patterns.
• Strong experience in designing/ executing microservices using Spring Boot and other Spring components viz. JDBC, Batch, Security, Spring Data etc.
• Strong experience in using messaging tools like Active MQ, SQS, SNS, Kafka etc.
• Strong experience in optimizing (analysing query plans) SQL queries on Database like PostgreSQL.
• Strong Experience in handling Multithreading, Data Structures, concurrency scenarios.
• Strong experience with Rest APIs, XML, JAXB, JSON in creating a layered system.
• Strong experience in using AWS Services like AWS Lambda, AWS CloudWatch, Api Gateway, ECS, ECR, SQS, SNS.
• Strong experience in BPMN tool viz. Camunda usage especially related to customization of modeler and engine.

Add-ons:

• Experience with latest version of Java is desirable.
• Experience with Application Servers (Tomcat, WildFly) on UNIX/Linux environment.
• Experience in Angular 2 and above version.
• Experience in latest UI trends viz. Micro Frontend Architecture is desirable.
