Job Description

Job Title: Performance Test Engineer Experience Range: 7+ years Hiring Location: Kochi, Thiruvananthpuram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter , LoadRunner , or NeoLoad Proficiency in using performance monitoring tools like Grafana , Dynatrace Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS ) and cloud performance metrics Strong knowledge of test planning , scenario creation , and test execution Ability to create load distribution diagrams , test scripts, and test data Skilled in analyzing test results and preparing Go/No-Go recommendations Good understanding of SLA compliance , risk escalation , and test automation for performance use cases Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Performance Engineering processes and standards Knowledge of DevOps practices and test integration in CI/CD pipelines Experience working with on-premise and cloud-based applications Strong documentation skills for PE artifacts and audit-readiness Prior client-facing experience and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations Job Responsibilities: Develop performance test plans, load distribution diagrams, and test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad Execute performance test cycles and analyze results against non-functional requirements Monitor systems during test runs using tools like Dynatrace and Grafana Provide timely updates, escalate risks or issues to the PE Lead, and ensure project timelines are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system performance and suggest improvements Create and maintain PE documentation, including recommendations and test artifacts Participate in stakeholder reviews and provide insights into system behavior under load Work on cloud-based performance testing scenarios and provide feedback on resource utilization Required Skills Performance Testing,Jmeter,Load Runner
