Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to implement robust automation frameworks and accelerate delivery cycles. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications. - Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure coverage. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. - Continuously improve automation processes and recommend best practices. - Document automation frameworks, test cases, and execution results. Required Skills & Experience - Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured. - Knowledge of test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, PyTest, etc.). - Experience with API automation and tools like Postman or RestAssured. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket). - Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow). - Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling). - Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). - Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes). Qualifications - Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3�6 years of experience in test automation.
