Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead I - SAP ABAP with experience in ECC to S4 Hana Migration, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical expertise in SAP ABAP development to lead migration projects. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, upgrade processes, and custom code remediation to ensure successful transitions. Your strong hands-on experience and ability to work independently will be crucial in delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years of technical experience in SAP ABAP development. - Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Solid expertise in RICEF objects Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. - Deep understanding of upgrade processes, including SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, and related activities. - Experience in custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. - Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills. Qualifications Required: - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects is a plus. - Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData services would be beneficial. - Familiarity with clean core and SAP BTP extension concepts is advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
