Lead I - Product Implementation

As a Configuration Lead at UST, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end client product implementations in the healthcare domain across Chennai, Trivandrum, and Kochi. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery while leading a team of Implementation Engineers through configuration processes and client interactions. Your role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies by leveraging your strong technical skills, domain expertise, and leadership capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include leading the execution of product implementation plans in alignment with client requirements, guiding and mentoring a team of Implementation Engineers, ensuring compliance with the implementation framework, creating effort estimations and delivery timelines, and continuously improving configuration tools, processes, and documentation. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between internal teams and clients, set and track OKRs for yourself and the team, manage client demonstrations and escalations, and supervise the promotion of configuration across environments. To excel in this role, you must possess experience in leading configuration sprints and agile product implementations, a deep understanding of product deployment lifecycles and configuration best practices, proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD tools, strong analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting experience. It would be beneficial to have experience in Quality Automation tools, containerization, major cloud providers, agile development environments, consulting roles, healthcare claim processing, and clinical operations configuration. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, team leadership, effective time management, proactive problem-solving, decision-making mindset, and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments are essential for success in this role. Ideally, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in product implementation, with at least 2+ years in a lead role, and proven experience in healthcare IT or similar regulated industries.
