Lead I - Frontend

You are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer with expertise in React, Redux, and Cypress or Selenium. As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at our Trivandrum location, you will be responsible for designing and developing performant, scalable, and visually consistent web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user interfaces and contribute to architectural and process enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of frontend development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead position. Your deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and frontend architecture will be crucial. Experience with Remix or similar server-rendered frameworks, end-to-end testing using Cypress or Selenium, performance optimization, and CI/CD tools is required. Key responsibilities will include leading frontend component development, applying modern CSS techniques, integrating UI frameworks, optimizing performance, writing and maintaining end-to-end tests, collaborating with various teams, and promoting best practices in frontend development. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes. It would be beneficial if you have experience mentoring junior engineers, contributing to open-source projects, and are familiar with design systems and UX principles. Your proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript or JavaScript, and Selenium or Cypress will be essential for success in this role.
