Job Description

Role Overview: You are sought after for the position of Senior Frontend Software Engineer with a specialization in React, Redux, and Cypress or Selenium at a location in Trivandrum. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and visually cohesive web applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to building exceptional user interfaces while also playing a key role in enhancing architecture and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of frontend components utilizing React and TypeScript. - Utilize modern CSS techniques to create responsive and accessible UIs, leveraging preprocessors like SASS/LESS and CSS-in-JS. - Implement server-side rendering using Remix or similar frameworks. - Optimize frontend performance through testing and profiling methodologies. - Write and maintain end-to-end tests using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. - Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver top-notch features. - Employ state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and provide support for deployment processes. - Advocate for best practices in frontend development, emphasizing web security, accessibility, and testing. Qualification Required: - Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in frontend development, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Demonstrate advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. - Exhibit deep familiarity with React and its ecosystem. - Showcase hands-on experience with Remix or similar server-rendered frameworks. - Display a strong grasp of frontend architecture, component design, and UI patterns. - Have experience in writing end-to-end tests using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. - Show expertise in performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines. - Demonstrate an understanding of web security best practices. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
