Lead-HSE

As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager at Nayara Energy Marketing, your role is crucial in leading the development and implementation of a world-class HSE management system. You will be responsible for: - Leading a team to achieve HSE objectives and ensuring safe operation of the marketing business - Defining role clarity and performance contracts for direct reports - Implementing HSE Management Systems and processes for the Marketing Division - Developing standards and procedures to implement the HSE system - Providing solutions to major HSE problems through systematic studies - Continual improvement through implementing best practices and benchmarking HSE performance - Timely implementation of recommendations from HSE audits - Providing support and guidance for solving HSE-related issues and carrying out safety/compliance audits - Identifying hazards and risks in HSE issues and implementing control measures - Providing HSE inputs for projects, modifications, and improvements - Reviewing HSE integration across different constituents of the energy business - Developing and conducting HSE training and communication programs - Planning and budgeting to drive towards zero non-conformities - Monitoring department performance and implementing strategies to eliminate gaps - Leading the development of a comprehensive Safety Management system and Environmental Management - Coordinating and providing analysis for various levels of MIS - Ensuring compliance towards all environmental and statutory legislative requirements Qualifications required for this role include: - A valid bachelor's degree in any specialization - Degree/Diploma in industrial Safety from an accredited institute - Any master's degree would be an added qualification (optional),
