Job Description: You will be working as a full-time Lead HR in the US Federal HR Operations role at SalezShark. Your main responsibilities will include HR operations, HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding New Hires: Coordinate all necessary documentation, orientation sessions, and system setups for new employees. - Offer Letter and Employment Document Management: Draft, review, and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and related documents. - Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Termination Processes: Handle employee terminations, exit interviews, final settlements, and necessary documentation for a smooth offboarding process. - Day-to-Day HR Operations: Address employee queries, maintain accurate records, assist in policy implementation, and support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement. - Policy Review and Updates: Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with organizational needs and legal requirements. - Federal Security Clearances and Background Checks: Oversee processes related to obtaining and maintaining federal security clearances for employees. - Contract Types and Vehicles: Provide guidance on different federal contract types and vehicles within HR operations. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to US federal HR practices, security clearance processes, and federal contracting procedures. - Knowledge of Federal HR Practices: Understanding of federal security clearance processes, background check procedures, and various federal contract types and vehicles. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach. - Time Management: Ability to work independently during specified shift hours, managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Additional Details: SalezShark is a Relationship Intelligence platform founded in 2015, headquartered in Virginia, USA, with a development center in India. It provides actionable Customer Insights and sales/marketing automation features to help businesses maximize productivity. The work location for this role is hybrid in Delhi/NCR, with 5 workdays from Monday to Friday and a shift timing comfortable with US overlap shift (2 PM to 1 AM IST). Work hours are 2 PM to 11 PM during work from the office and 4 PM to 1 AM IST during work from home.,
