To excel in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. You must possess proven expertise in managing Bench Sales, Business Development, and full-cycle IT recruitment teams. A strong understanding of US staffing compliance, immigration policies, and contract types is essential. Additionally, you should have a track record of success in client relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications for this position include prior experience in setting up or scaling recruitment delivery centers, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms, and an MBA or equivalent degree.
