PrincipalResponsibilities 1.LeverageNewTechnologiesandIntegration: PossessdeepunderstandingofHRtechnologiesandtoidentifyandevaluateopportunitieswheretechnologiescanbeleveraged.Developaframeworktoimproveorganisationneeds,andenhanceemployeeexperience Driveadoptiononanationallevel,ensuringsupporttotheintegrationofnewtechnologiesortoolsthatimproveHRservicesandoperations IntegrateallHRsystemsandplatforms,maintainingdataaccuracyandintegrityEnsureaccuratedataentryandfollowupondatadiscrepancies Focustobuildsolutionsthatalignwiththerequirementsoforganisation'sdiverseemployeebase 2.EmployeeSupport : SuperviseteammemberstoensuretasksarecompletedwithinServiceLevelAgreements(SLA) LeadateamtoserveasaprimarycontactforemployeequeriesrelatedtoHRservices,suchasbenefits,payroll,policies,andotherHRprocedures Providetimely,accurate,andprofessionalresponsestoemployeeinquiriesthroughvariouscommunicationchannels(phone,email,andin-person) AssistinresolvingHR-relatedissuesorescalatemorecomplexqueriestotheappropriateHRdepartment 3.HRAdministration : Manageend-to-endtransactionsoftheemployeelifecycleonHRsystems,ensuringdataaccuracyandtimeliness MaintainaccurateemployeerecordsinHRIS(HumanResourceInformationSystem),ensuringdataintegrityandconfidentiality Processemployeechanges,includingnewhires,transfers,promotions,terminations,andleaverequests,inatimelyandefficientmanner Administeremployeebenefitsprograms,includingenrollments,changes,andterminations.
