Purpose of the Role: The job holder is responsible for effectively managing the set of dark stores assigned, by managing the team effectively and aligning with management on business goals (sales, costs, margins). This role also requires knowledge of the geography, market, customer, competition trends along with driving efficiencies in all the functions to achieve business objectives faster. Principal Responsibilities: Review on Manpower availability store wise Adherence to Duty rooster by Employees Check for Vehicle arrival from DC F&V and DRY DC Review on stock arrangement in Store B Review Check In adherence of Dry stocks Review on Adherence of checklist updation as below Daily review of Inventory process Deep dive on INF with reasons Review of Asset working status Review on store Cost Review Weekly & Monthly review of Store performance Review on Inventory status Random audit of staged orders Employee wise productivity review and Training to Low productive employees. Review of Daily auto PI update by store Review on vehicle arrival from DC Check in adherence for stocks arrived NSO plan update Education and Experience: Graduate candidate is a must Post graduate would be preferred 5+Yrs experience in Retail/ E-commerce preferably in the field of (Operations /Sales/ SCM) Values: Collaboration Customer Obsession Frugality Innovation Grit Integrity Growing Talent
