Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the embedded hardware engineering team and project deliverables.
Architect, design, and review schematics and multilayer PCB layouts.
Define hardware design architecture aligned with product requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and testing teams to ensure smooth system integration.
Oversee validation, debugging, and hardware testing procedures.
Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, RoHS, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimizations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support across teams.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design.
Strong expertise in high-speed digital and analog circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, etc.).
Good understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor architecture (ARM, STM32, etc.).
Experience with compliance testing (EMI/EMC, safety) and product certifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
