About the Role
Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of building and winning the dining-out category. We are unlocking massive opportunities across cities and customer segments, not just in table reservations but also in shaping the future of in-restaurant dining.
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our Growth team. This role is a unique blend of on-ground trade marketing and strategic partnerships, designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of online and offline worlds.
You will be instrumental in driving two high-impact 0-1 charters:
- O2O (Offline-to-Online): Swiggy Dineouts user acquisition program through offline channels.
- Growth & Monetization Partnerships: Forging powerful alliances with key ecosystem players (payments, banks, brands, tech partners) that help unlock new monetization levers.
The ideal candidate is a master of execution, a creative thinker, and a skilled relationship builder with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or partnerships.
What You ll Do
1. O2O (Offline-to-Online) GTM Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with the central Swiggy marketing team to develop the on-ground GTM strategy for our O2O growth program.
- Take complete ownership of activating new user acquisition funnels through offline touchpoints at partner QSRs, cafes, and restaurants.
- Act as the bridge between Swiggys brand guidelines and on-ground execution, ensuring all marketing efforts are consistent and impactful.
- Develop clear, concise briefs for our creative agencies, outlining requirements for in-store collaterals (e.g., QR code stands, table talkies, posters).
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from briefing the agency to providing feedback and securing final approvals for all in-store assets.
- Monitor the performance of O2O initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum user acquisition and engagement.
2. Partnerships & Alliances:
- Work with the leadership team to identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players across the ecosystem, including banks, payment gateways, brands, and tech partners.
- Create compelling, data-driven GTM decks and partnership proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of a Swiggy Dineout alliance.
- Develop detailed partner integration plans, outlining timelines, responsibilities, and technical requirements for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth integration of partner offers and services within the Swiggy Dineout app.
- Support the go-live process for all new partnerships, ensuring a flawless launch and a positive experience for our users.
Preferred Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a trade marketing, partnerships, or client servicing role.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external (e.g., marketing teams, creative agencies, external partners).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for partnership decks and write clear, effective agency briefs.
- A good understanding of brand principles and the creative development process. You know what makes for effective, on-brand communication.
- You are a proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- High-agency, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
