Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (Voice Services), your primary responsibility will be making multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects. You will be tasked with developing sales opportunities by conducting thorough research on the prospective company, utilizing influencing and relationship-building skills, and effectively articulating the client's product/value proposition. Your role will also involve understanding the key objections from prospects, addressing their concerns through product knowledge and vendor-led training, and advancing the sales cycle by persistently following up with prospects in a clear and timely manner to ensure positive outcomes. Additionally, you will need to familiarize yourself with customer campaigns, products, and services, and accurately convey customer brand identity to prospects. Providing detailed and concise feedback to Voice Operations leads on outcomes such as conversions, rejects, and disinterest will be crucial in this position. Moreover, you will be expected to engage in pre-sales outreach processes including AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, as well as participate in marketing and sales lead qualification activities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for selling to technology stakeholders and senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives in enterprise and SMB organizations. A proven track record of lead conversions through outbound calling and emails is essential. Furthermore, you should have previous involvement in marketing and sales lead generation campaigns focusing on SQL, MQL, BANT, AG, among others. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills are critical, along with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective responses to prospects during calls. Demonstrating a strong track record of meeting targets for SQL, MQL, BANT, and AG campaigns is important. You should be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable to dynamic environments, results-oriented, and exhibit a high level of resilience. As a collaborative team player, you should possess a go-getter attitude, a willingness to learn, and be open to feedback to continuously improve and excel in your role.,
