Job Description

Position : Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and qualify potential leads on social platforms
Execute personalized outreach campaigns via social platforms, email, and other channels Manage and optimize CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) with lead data and interactions Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies Track metrics and report weekly/monthly performance Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and prospects' business needs

Location : Kharghar

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in tech/IT sector)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to write compelling outreach messages and build rapport Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation tools Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
