Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ads / PPC Executive to lead, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms, with a proven ability to drive measurable performance and deliver results aligned with client KPIs.

In this full-time on-site role (Hyderabad), you will collaborate with our creative, analytics, and account management teams to develop data-driven media plans, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies. You will also maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platforms to achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct

    keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis

    to improve ad performance.
  • Manage and track campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI, ensuring performance aligns with KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and creative assets for better conversions.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify high-performing strategies.
  • Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital advertising and PPC strategies.
  • Manage relationships with platform representatives and third-party vendors to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 23 years of hands-on experience in PPC, social, and programmatic media campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in

    Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.

  • Sound understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and conversion tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing campaigns for service-based or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels for better ROI.
