About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to support our marketing and sales teams in

driving demand and building a strong sales pipeline. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates

Key Responsibilities:

? Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other

channels.

? Assist in creating and managing email/drip campaigns to engage potential prospects.

? Execute marketing activities on time to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

? Maintain accurate lead records and track campaign performance in CRM systems.

? Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and engagement

strategies.

? Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Core KPIs:

? Leads Generated: Number of leads generated from campaigns and partners.

? Campaign Engagement: Open rates, click-through rates, and responses from

email/drip campaigns.

? Timely Execution: Completion of marketing activities within set deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

? 02 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales support.

? Good written and verbal communication skills.

? Basic knowledge of email marketing tools, CRM, and lead management systems.

? Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
