As a Lead Generation Executive , you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads. Success in this position means building strong pipelines of interested prospects, contributing to the sales team’s efficiency, and helping us connect more learners with the right opportunities. Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and other digital channels. Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and messaging to qualify interest. Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses in company tools/CRM. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies. Share insights and feedback on lead quality to optimize targeting. Consistently meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets. Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, sales funnels, or outreach strategies (preferred but not mandatory). Comfortable using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Students or freshers with a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
