Unified Web Services is a fast-growing digital agency helping small businesses across the UK with website design, SEO, branding, and digital strategy. We’re now looking to generate more high-quality leads through ads and outreach, and we’re searching for someone who can own this function and bring consistent results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimise

  Meta Ads campaigns

  for lead generation
• Create and test

  ad copy, creatives, and lead magnets

• Manage and optimise

  landing pages or lead forms

  to improve conversion
• Perform

  outbound lead generation

  via social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
• Craft and send outreach messages to target profiles
• Track and follow up on responses
• Report on results, CPL, and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with the web/design team to ensure funnel consistency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in

  performance marketing or lead generation

• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads Manager

• Experience running lead gen ads for

  B2B services or digital agencies

• Proficient in

  copywriting and outbound messaging

• Familiar with

  LinkedIn outreach

  , IG DMs, or using tools like PhantomBuster (nice to have)
• Comfortable working independently with measurable KPIs
• Bonus: Experience with

  ClickFunnels

  ,

  Zapier

  , or

  MailerLite
