Job Description: Develop sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities in the IT industry. Generate leads through direct marketing and digital marketing channels. Qualify leads, understand their needs, and offer our recruitment services. Liaise with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess compatibility and risk factors. Company Profiling: Assess companies on metrics like employee size, industry, revenue & more Prospect Profiling: Identify key contacts such as CEOs, Managers & IT Professionals List Building: Develop & research targeted contact lists. Create collateral for internal communications ( Newsletter, Memos, etc) Arrange meetings with prospective clients and maintain client databases. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our sales approach. Create compelling content aligned with Seventh Contacts brand voice for various platforms. Manage social media platforms and engage with the target audience to enhance brand presence. Ensure effective management of leads generated through digital media to drive business growth. Knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.
