1. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking.
2. Use online lead generation and prospecting tools to generate quality leads.
3. Educate prospects about our digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development.
4. Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our services.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies.
7. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
9. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation or LinkedIn Marketing.
2. Excellent English-Speaking and writing Skills and Good Interpersonal Skills
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanour.
3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
4. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Experience with calendar management tools and digital communication platforms is advantageous.
5. Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
6. Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on varied tasks as required.
7. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Education: A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, although relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
9. Pleasing personality and demeanour and an attitude to learn and excel. Should be a self-motivated individual

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This is a target-based role where the compensation is split between a fixed component and a variable component that is performance linked. The role allows person to work in a hybrid work environment with a mix of work from home and 1 day in a week from office in Gurgaon.
The internship is for six months and depending on performance and role availability, the candidate may be considered for regular job.
