Internship Duration:3 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern who will be responsible for generating quality leads through LinkedIn. The intern will support the sales and business development team by identifying prospects, connecting with decision-makers, and maintaining lead data.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn search
• Identify potential clients based on target industries and profiles
• Send connection requests and introductory messages
• Maintain and update lead details in Excel/CRM
• Follow up with prospects as per the provided scripts
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads
• Research companies, decision-makers, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn lead generation
• Good written communication skills (English/Hinglish)
• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and consistency in daily tasks
• Willingness to learn sales and client acquisition processes

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers looking to start a career in sales or marketing
• Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Stipend: 5000 INR-7000 INR per month

• Fixed stipend (as per company policy)
• Certificate of completion,Letter of Recommendation
• Performance-based full-time opportunity after internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
