B&B ITeS is seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Executives in our International Voice Process. This role is pivotal in expanding our global client base by identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound calls and email campaigns. Success in this position is marked by achieving lead generation targets, maintaining high-quality communication standards, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential international clients to introduce our services and identify business opportunities. Engage prospects through structured email campaigns and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPIs. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate). Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in international voice processes or B2B lead generation is an advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
