Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our software sales team by independently generating high-quality leads via LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B lead generation and should be comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones.

  • Independently identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
  • Research potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects for software services/products.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships through personalized messages, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Set up appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
  • Prior experience generating leads for SaaS, software development, or IT services.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • US shift
