Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive with solid experience in US Staffing lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and Google Ads management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing digital campaigns, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation

• Identify and target Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients
• Perform daily LinkedIn outreach and maintain active engagement
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and client research
• Build a strong lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities

Digital Marketing & Google Ads

• Create and optimize Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, ad optimization, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
• Strengthen LinkedIn presence through posts, outreach & engagement
• Assist in social media marketing activities when needed

Communication & Coordination

• Write professional LinkedIn messages & outreach templates
• Maintain CRM entries and track lead activity
• Collaborate with internal teams for strategy alignment

Key Requirements

✔ Proven experience in US Staffing lead generation
✔ Strong ability to reach and engage potential clients✔ Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔ Skilled in client hunting & LinkedIn outreach
✔ Experience working with Tier 1 clients / Prime Vendors
✔ Excellent written communication skills✔ Ability to generate high-quality leads✔ Hands-on experience running & optimizing Google Ads campaigns

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Basic SEO / SEM understanding
• Ability to work with monthly lead targets
• Strong analytical mindset
