Job Description – Business Development Executive

The role involves handling voice-based communication with international clients, pitching services/products, and driving conversions. This is a target-driven role that demands excellent English communication skills and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls for US based clients. Present company offerings in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner. Handle client objections and provide effective responses to close deals. Work with daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and achieve defined KPIs. Update CRM and maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities. Align communication style to meet US client expectation
