Description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for writing optimized code in Javascript/Typescript and working with Advanced NodeJs and ReactJs frameworks targeting the latest NodeJs/ReactJs version. You will be participating in regular design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. Your role will involve working closely with the Product Owner and scrum team to deliver high-quality features within agreed timescales. Additionally, you will provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and champion areas for modification or refactoring inside the code-base. Leading by example, you will contribute to a culture of high quality, personal ownership, and customer-focused execution. You will also coordinate directly with clients on various aspects of the project lifecycle, lead a team of 2-10+ Frontend/Backend engineers, and maintain best coding practices within your team. Engaging in team-building activities like interviews, onboarding, and mentoring new team members, you will also work with the sales team as a lead technical consultant to crack new accounts by showcasing your technical skills and project delivery experience. Key Responsibilities: - Write optimized code in Javascript/Typescript and work with Advanced NodeJs and ReactJs frameworks - Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies - Work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team to deliver high-quality features - Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to team members - Identify areas for modification or refactoring within the code-base - Lead a team of 2-10+ Frontend/Backend engineers - Maintain best coding practices within the team - Engage in team-building activities like interviews, onboarding, and mentoring - Coordinate with clients on project lifecycle aspects - Work with the sales team as a lead technical consultant Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of development experience including project leadership - Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in an agile environment - Experience in building, mentoring, and managing development teams - Strong experience with Typescript, JavaScript, NodeJs, ExpressJS - Strong experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL - Strong experience with ReactJs, Redux Toolkit, and other state management libraries - Exposure to NestJs Framework and TypeORM/Prisma/DrizzleORM - Experience with modern source control systems like Git, Bitbucket - Strong database design experience - Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps) - Experience with Testing Tools including Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Supertest, Enzyme, Istanbul, Selenium, Load Runner, JSLint, and Cucumber - Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure - Expertise in server-side development using NodeJs through microservices - Exposure to Design patterns, Clean coding practices, and SOLID design principle - Exposure to asynchronous programming - Exposure to API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger - Exposure to code quality management tools and unit testing tools - Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies - Experience in building serverless applications using Nodejs with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc - Exposure to Microservices architecture and traditional architectures like MVC - Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes It is good to have knowledge of SonarQube and writing clean code best practices.
