Lead FullStack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Lead Full Stack Development Engineer at MicoCloud, you will be leading or playing a central role in the development team. Your key responsibilities will include the stabilization of MicoCloud's distribution infrastructure, development of new functions to enhance product value, customer request development, and improvement activities to meet the needs of new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Stabilization of MicoCloud's distribution infrastructure by developing an infrastructure that enables reliable distribution for clients with a large number of users. - Development of new functions aligned with the product roadmap to improve product value. - Customer request development by creating functions that are likely to be in demand among the requests emerging from Customer Success activities. - Improvement activities such as resolving Product Backlog Items, enhancing UI/UX, and promoting DX (Developer eXperience) based on daily needs from customers. Qualifications Required: - At least 7 years of working experience in system development or equivalent. - Ability to work independently on cycles from specification to release. - Proficiency in implementing code with high code quality. - Experience in improving quality by implementing test codes. - Technical skills for actual verification including prototyping. - Technical skills in MicoCloud Web backend: TypeScript (Nest.js), React Web frontend: TypeScript (Next.js), Node Js, MySQL, DynamoDB, MemoryDB for Redis, Snowflake.,
