Lead UI/UX Designer

As a Client Experience Specialist (UI/UX Specialist) in Bangalore, India, you will lead design initiatives, collaborate with teams, and drive innovation in user experience design. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT fields designing user interfaces, your responsibilities will include taking charge of design projects, conducting user research, collaborating with teams, implementing an iterative design process, and working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. You will also perform UX Research, create personas, utilize prototyping tools, and conduct User Experience testing with customers to gather feedback on prototypes" usability, accessibility, and desirability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, with proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, a strong portfolio, understanding of user-centered design principles, and knowledge of design systems and front-end development technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this full-time, permanent role.
