Lead the design, architecture, and development of portfolio monitoring products and features.

Provide full-stack technical leadership across backend (.NET Core, distributed systems) and frontend (React, financial dashboards) technologies.

Ensure systems support performance tracking, diversification monitoring, risk assessments, compliance checks, and rebalancing workflows.

Oversee integration of financial data providers and internal systems into the platform.

Reverse engineer and refactor legacy codebases where required.

Manage the engineering team s day-to-day operations, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliveries.

Mentor and coach team members, driving adoption of best practices and modern engineering standards.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with investment and compliance goals.

Drive innovation by leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.

Strong full-stack expertise:

o Backend: .NET Core / C#, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven design.

o Frontend: React, dashboards, data visualization, scalable component libraries.

Experience with portfolio monitoring or financial data systems strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS).

Ability to reverse engineer and refactor legacy applications.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
