Lead Full-Stack Engineer/ Tech Lead @ YC startup

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer/Tech Lead at Attack Capital. The Lead Full-Stack Engineer/Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our web applications. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of developers, conducting code reviews, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and implementing software solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development skills
• Solid experience in Front-End Development and expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Proven competence in Software Development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience working in a startup environment is beneficial
