Lead Full-Stack Engineer (.NET, Azure/AWS, Angular, MongoDB)
Experience: 6+
Location: Greater Noida region (The candidate must come to the office 3 days a week to the office so they need to be based in Great Noida region)
Work mode: Hybrid with 3 days of work from the office.
Work hours: 8 hour shift with overlap of 4 hours US EST. (Mid Shift)
Skills: .Net + Angular + MongoDB + Azure/ AWS
But someone with a 70% .NET and 30% Angular skill balance will suffice.
Description
Must-have technical skills
Backend: Deep .NET Core with microservices (design/implementation/reviews).
Frontend: Modern SPA; Angular preferred (React/Vue acceptable).
Databases: MongoDB (primary) + SQL.
Cloud: Azure-native preferred (AWS acceptable); pragmatic trade-offs for scale/reliability/security/cost.
Full-stack debugging across services/APIs/UI/data; strong “not my code” antidote mindset.
Tooling & workflow: Visual Studio/VS Code, Git; reviews, pair/mob programming.
Nice-to-have skills
Broader exposure to React/Vue; AWS experience when Azure isn’t available; prior distributed team successIdeally, the candidate would be solid on both .NET & Angular technologies.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
