Lead Full Stack Developer

You will be part of VMax Health Tech, a dynamic startup dedicated to revolutionizing the health and wellness industry. As a MERN Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting backend development for our mobile applications and leading the management of both frontend and backend development to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performant CRM applications using React.js and Node.js. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the backend infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with mobile applications. Leading the development and delivery of front-end and back-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality and performance optimization, and mentoring and guiding junior developers will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer, strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js, solid experience with MySQL database management, and expertise in developing and managing RESTful APIs. In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication and leadership skills, experience with mobile backend integration, and the ability to manage and lead a development team for timely project delivery are also required.
