The ideal candidate will have industry experience, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that ensure high performance and responsiveness. This role is pivotal in driving Synechron's strategic objectives and contributing to the success of our digital transformation initiatives. Software : Required Proficiency: Next.js and React with a focus on Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG). RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. C# for backend development, emphasizing Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. Source control using Git; CI/CD processes with tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins, and deployment using Octopus or similar tools. Relational databases (MSSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Basic knowledge of AWS and required experience with Azure. Monitoring application performance using Splunk and performance tooling like AppDynamics. Preferred Proficiency: Familiarity with Kafka. Knowledge of GitHub Actions. Overall Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React, implementing SSR, SSG, and client-side navigation. Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality. Perform unit, integration, and automation testing to ensure code quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. Monitor and improve application performance and health using performance tools. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
