Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
  
• Drive end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full stack applications.
  
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
  

Development & Design

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using

  Java, Spring Boot, and Angular

  .
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Create responsive, user-friendly front-end components with Angular (8+).
  
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
  

Problem Solving & Optimization

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  
• Manage technical risks and propose effective solutions.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience

  in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in

  Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  Angular (8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

  .
• Solid understanding of

  microservices architecture

  and REST API development.
• Experience with

  databases

  : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Good understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines

  and tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with

  Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  .
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
  
• Knowledge of caching solutions (Redis, Hazelcast).
  
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  
• Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
  
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma).
  

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
