Job Description

We are seeking aLead Full Stack Content Developer(MERN / MEAN / .NET) to build and manageapplication-level contenton our learning platform. In this role,you willcreatereal-world sample apps,hands-on project templates, andcoding scenariosthat help learners develop practical skills.

You willcollaborate with product and content teams to develop full-stack applications, integrate APIs, and simulate enterprise-grade workflows that are deployable, testable, and scalable. This role is ideal for adeveloper who enjoys building real applicationsand translating that intoproject-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and developproduction-quality web applicationsused as learning projects or assessments.

Createfull-stack templates and sample projectsin MERN / MEAN / .NET Core, aligned with industry standards.

Develop and integrateREST APIs,auth mechanisms,DB models, andreal-world workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are technically robust, scalable, and pedagogically releva

Review and refactor codebases to ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance.

Work with QA and content teams to make projects testable andauto-evaluatedwithin our platform.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to the design of the overall learning architecture.

Lead and mentor a team of content developers.

Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality.

Providetechnical guidance and support team growth.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content goals.
