Lead Frontend Engineer

As a UI Lead Architect at our top customer's team, you will play a crucial role in driving frontend innovation and shaping the technical vision for complex enterprise applications. Your expertise in UI development and architectural leadership will empower you to influence technology choices and client interactions. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the architecture, design, and development of UI solutions using React and Angular frameworks. - Collaborate closely with customer architects and stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement technical strategies. - Design scalable, modular, and high-performance systems, ensuring maintainability and alignment with best practices. - Champion the integration of backend APIs using FastAPI and Flask, driving seamless end-to-end application flows. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. - Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established UI development standards across the team. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical workshops with customer teams. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on UI/Frontend. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in building robust backend APIs with FastAPI and Flask. - Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality code. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, effective collaboration. - Experience with code quality tools like SonarQube, Jest, Cypress, etc. - Excellent communication skills with ability to lead client discussions and present technical solutions. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. - In-depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 (Less, Sass, Tailwind is a plus) with excellent knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred. - Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and design patterns. - Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, driving architectural decisions and building stakeholder trust. In this role, your prior experience as a UI Architect or Tech Lead in large-scale enterprise projects and working in hybrid or distributed agile teams would be valuable assets.,
